Each capsule supplies 50 µg (2000 IU) of vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol, representing 1000% of the Nutrient Reference Value. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus.

The formula is available in two tailored daily servings: 1 capsule per day for healthy adults up to 75 years of age, and 2 capsules per day for healthy adults over 75 years of age.
