The ingredients are magnesium taurate standardized to 8% magnesium and pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6). The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose with carrot concentrate as colorant. The label states the product is free from allergens as declared by the manufacturer.
