Each capsule is made from a blend of plant extracts and other ingredients:

• Inulin
• Extract from roots of purple coneflower (Echinacea purpurea) DER 4:1
• Extract from rhizome of ginger (Zingiber officinale) DER 10:1 standardised to 5% gingerols
• Extract from bulb of odourless garlic (Allium sativum) DER 10:1 standardised to 2% alliin
• Extract from fruits of sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides) DER 4:1
• L-leucine
• Capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose

Usage & Dosage

Recommended daily serving: 2 capsules. Take 1 capsule with water twice daily.
