AURA HERBALS Coenzyme Q10 + Vitamin E is supplied as a liquid in a 30 ml (1 fl. oz.) bottle, providing approximately 830 drops or 37 recommended daily servings. A daily serving of 22 drops provides 6 mg of vitamin E (50% RI) and 120 mg of coenzyme Q10.

The ingredients are olive oil, D-alpha-tocopheryl (natural vitamin E from sunflower) and ubiquinone – coenzyme Q10 (natural, from corn glucose). The product contains olive oil and sunflower-derived vitamin E.

Directions
