The blend contains Lavandula Angustifolia Oil (lavender essential oil), Mentha Piperita Oil (peppermint essential oil), Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Oil (chamomile essential oil) and Boswellia Carterii Oil (frankincense essential oil).

Directions

Inhalation: Add 5–8 drops to a diffuser or bowl of hot water, inhale deeply for 10–15 minutes. Massage: Dilute 5 drops in 10 ml of carrier oil (e.g. jojoba or sweet almond oil) and gently massage into temples, neck, and nape. Compress: Add 3–4 drops to cold water, soak a cloth, wring out excess water, and apply to forehead or temples.
