Taurine is a naturally occurring amino sulfonic acid found widely in foods and tissues throughout the body. Together, L-glutamine and taurine form the core of this easily soluble powder, which dissolves easily in water or juice for smooth daily use.

Usage & Dosage

One serving is 5g of the product dissolved in 300ml of water or juice. Take 2 servings per day. On training days: one serving in the morning upon waking, one serving after training, and one serving in the evening. On rest days: one serving in the morning upon waking and one serving in the evening.
