Allnutrition Lemon Balm contains 350 mg Melissa officinalis leaf extract per capsule, providing a convenient and consistent daily dose of one of Europe’s most traditionally valued botanical ingredients.

Each capsule also contains BioPerine® — a standardised black pepper extract providing 2 mg piperine per serving. Usage & Dosage
