ALLNUTRITION CITRULLINE is a combination of the amino acid L-citrulline and malate (malic acid). Citrulline malate helps maintain ATP levels by reducing excess lactate for better muscle recovery after training.
Function and use of Citrulline:
CITRULLINE is an endogenous non-protein building amino acid, created in the human body from ornithine. Citrulline occurs naturally in food, e.g. in watermelons.
