Allnutrition BCAA Max Support is an amino acid powder containing branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) in a 2:1:1 ratio, together with L-Glutamine and Taurine.
Each 7.5g serving contains 3,750mg of BCAAs — split into L-Leucine, L-Valine and L-Isoleucine — alongside 1,500mg of L-Glutamine and 1,500mg of Taurine. The Lemon flavour mixes easily in water or juice.
Available in a 500g tub with approximately 66 servings.

Usage & Dosage
Take 1 to 2 servings daily. One serving is 7.5g (1 heaped scoop) dissolved in 300ml of water or juice. On training days: one serving before training and one serving after training. On non-training days: one serving in the morning on an empty stomach.
