Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1–3 working days.

Our warehouse and fulfillment center is located in the Czech Republic and operated by our logistics partner Mail Step a. s. (Prague). All parcels are shipped from there.

Delivery within the EU usually takes 5–7 working days after dispatch. Orders outside the EU are shipped with FedEx and typically take 6–12 working days, depending on customs processing. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery. Depending on your delivery country, your order is sent with one of our trusted carriers, and the carrier may notify you about delivery to your address or collection at a pickup point.
