Other ingredients:
Konjac extract (84 %, Glucomannan), capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable).

Recommended use:
Take 2 capsules daily 10 min before the three main meals with plenty of water. (at least 300 ml) (3x 2 capsules).
