Tried it for me (39) and my 77 year old mother in law to find out what is unique and special about it. I got curious with this brand, because of the clean ingredients – 19 vitamins and minerals from whole foods, a blend of raw vegetables and fruits, and a blend of raw probiotics and enzymes. The main difference from the male version is the addition of IRON. Iron is especially helpful if you have anemia. It has no nasty fillers, binders, and other questionable ingredients, which is normally the case with OTC brands, especially where I reside. Mom and I didn’t experience any negative side effects and she didn’t say anything great. (We have taken other multivits and supplements before this brand). Mom is still relatively healthy for her age. The same for me. Glory to God ! Overall it’s a good clean brand and I would definitely consider repurchasing it as I have faith in clean, natural, non-GMO, and non-synthetic ingredients. The quality is the brand is the best for me. I love the ingredient list of this supplement. I’ve been using it since I was 30 and am now in my 40s. I like that it’s one pill a day. The package is good. The taste is not bad. I keep repurchasing this.

In the spring of this year, I bought a course from a nutritionist on preparing for pregnancy. In this course, the doctor said that multivitamin complexes do not really help the body, due to low doses of vitamins and micro and macroelements. But if you take raw multivitamins, it’s better. This means that they contain a powder of natural products. And non-raw vitamins contain synthetic ingredients, obtained synthetically in the laboratory. I am now breastfeeding my daughter and my body needs vitamins. But I take vitamin D separately, because there is a small dose. The package is enough for 2.5 months, the capsules are easy to swallow. I tried diluting the capsule powder in water and drink, but didn’t like the taste. I like that the packaging is dark glass and not plastic. The effectiveness has not yet been tested, but more energy has appeared.

love Garden of Life but their stuff is so expensive! it’s a great basic multi that’s somehow not as expensive as their other products! One thing is that it has no iodine, so I supplement it separately (see my other review for Life-flo, Liquid Iodine Plus). Other than that, I think it covers basic daily needs and a pretty wide range of vitamins. Give it a try if you want a food-based multivitamin AND want a bargain. Like if my review helped you

I love this multivitamin. It gives me the energy I need throughout the day. I got it mainly because I don’t like synthetic vitamins and need folate instead of folic acid. I’ve been taking it for 3 months now and will be buying more. Only one downside. The taste and smell are similar to formula milk. Take with juice not water and it won’t be so bad
