Tasty quality chewable magnesium, pleasing to the taste buds. I use them for joint and muscle pain and to help with sleep and they are beneficial. Large size and easy to open packaging with all the benefits of ingredients. A good mineral supplement that also helps with hormones.

Although the bottle does not indicate the percentage of mg. glycinate vs citrate for each tablet, this combination works. And it’s convenient. Its price is a bit high and I wish it came in a bigger bottle. I usually take 2 (each table contains about 84 mg of magnesium glycinate and citrate, so 2 tablets give about 160 mg, or 1/3 of the daily requirement). The inclusion of xylitol is a plus because this sugar does not promote cavities. For a quick mag fix, this brand is good.

Xylitol aftertaste is a bit strong. They are also very acidic, which means they are acidic to the point of damaging tooth enamel, especially when taken daily. Considering these forms of magnesium have a PH of around 7.5, the acidic formulation seems like a choice, and not a very good one in my opinion.

I don’t really like the taste. This product is inferior to the KAL brand chewable magnesium glycinate in every way – taste, price, quantity – which unfortunately no longer seems to be available. But it’s the best of the remaining options.

My daughter loves and I mean loves the taste and uses the magnesium during her period to help get benefits for cramping and hormone boosting, sleep issues, muscle issues and joint issues for the month. My daughter has rheumatoid arthritis and other related issues and her periods seem to magnify most of her muscle issues. There is a fair amount in this package and seems to be very effective. We are also looking for a chewable tablet for her as she has trouble swallowing pills even as an adult. It’s something that few talk about, but adults have problems, whether it’s a throat problem or a sensory problem.
