Ingredients:
Ionic Trace Minerals (ITMO) Complex, Sulfate (from ITM, Zn. Sulfate), Chloride (from ITM), Zinc (as Zinc Sulfate, Magnesium (from ITM), Copper ( as Copper Sulfate), Boron (from ITM)
Other ingredients:
Purified water, citric acid, <0.1% potassium benzoate (for freshness).
Recommended use:
Shake well. Using the metered dropper, take 0.5-1.25 mL daily with juice/food to mask the concentrated mineral flavor. Due to the concentrated nature of this product, we recommend spreading the serving size throughout the day and taking it on a full stomach. Refrigeration not necessary.

add a small amount to my water bottle. I have found that adding supermarket bottled water can cause backflow, but if I add reverse osmosis filtered water to my house which is very alkaline (I use multiple post filters), I have no problem and barely notice the taste. This is the best way to supplement zinc as tablets are not as bio available

As it is a liquid, you can adjust it. Contains a glass dropper where you can measure up to 1ml in 0.25ml increments. However, the taste is extremely metallic, so the company recommended spreading the dose over the day and adding it to the juice. I find that after ingesting, my gastric is like a burn and I want to vomit. not too sure whether the body is sensitive to it or not. I have tried both with food and without food…both have the same side effect. not sure what was wrong. stop taking it for a while now

yes its a clunky product and does the job but i have trouble with the taste even in the juice and can make you feel slightly nauseous but that may be because i take the full dose in 1 glass because I can’t mind having it in smaller doses over a day
