We love power supplies! A simple and tasty way to get vitamin C and other minerals. We use them especially in the cold season. Our favorite flavor is watermelon and lemon-lime is the runner up! A little sweeter taste for when you’re not feeling too good. We use a half pak for children unless they are feeling unwell. These have gone up in price (like everything!) but we still think they’re worth buying.

I’ve tried the Acai, Grape, Orange, and Lime flavors of these Electrolyte Stamina PowerPaks and this lime flavor may be my favorite! Excellent! Does the job well, sometimes you feel like you are tired of drinking no matter how much you drink. But a glass of water with Stamina electrolyte gives you energy, improves the immune system. The taste is of high quality, which is crucial in antioxidant drinks. I use it after a hot yoga class and believe me, it’s one of the best choices you can have for restoring fluid balance and improving digestion.

It’s my daily electrolyte for hiking in the desert. There is no stevia in it which is a plus! The flavor is very good and is easy on the stomach. I can tell the difference between not using and drinking plain water. It quenches the thirst.

Trace Minerals vitamin C packets have only 1 gram of sugar. Other brands have more except for Now effer-C elderberry flavor which has zero added sugar. They are all still a bit sweet for me from the added stevia.
