ConcenTrace Trace Mineral Tablets provide a concentrated complex of full-spectrum, body-balanced ionic trace minerals from ConcenTrace, alfalfa, and kelp. They are designed to replace trace minerals commonly found deficient in today’s diet.

Low-Sodium ConcenTrace (A concentrated of full spectrum ionic trace minerals from Utah’s inland sea), Chloride (from ConcenTrace, Pot. Chloride), Magnesium (from ConcenTrace, Mag Oxide), Kelp (laminaria digitata), Calcium (as Calcium Carbonate), Alfalfa (Medicago sativa) Leaf Powder, Potassium (from Potassium Chloride), Sodium (as Sodium Citrate, ConcenTrace), Iron (as Iron Glycinate), Boron (as Boron Citrate, ConcenTrace)
Other ingredients:

Recommended use:
For regular use, take 1-3 tablets daily. Products high in magnesium may cause a laxative effect. If this occurs, reduce the number of tablets per serving.
Warnings:

I wanted to try this method ( tablets ) because of the bitter taste of the liquid form and because gummies stick together — especially as you get closer to the bottom of the bottle . So far so good , although I’m not sure how to measure effectiveness .
