   For the past two weeks, I cannot live without this vitamin. It has been a huge help to my family, myself and my whole life at this point. My husband is a lifelong vegetarian so we never really thought about trying the supplement until recently when our kids switched to eating meat for meals.    have been using this vitamin for a few weeks. I’m really happy with the results. It’s my first month of regular use so I can’t speak to any long term effects yet, but I feel like my performance has improved and my energy levels have improved a bit stabilized after the first month.    I’ve been taking this multi for as long as I can remember. I bought it on a whim when I was in high school and it’s been a staple in my life ever since. My mom still uses it to this day, but the reason she uses it is because of me.

   I have tried many types of supplements to solve my health problems and this vitamin is the best. I use it daily when I travel to get rid of travel stress. This is a product that has really given me an energy boost and helped me stay focused and more motivated.

   This is the second time I buy this zinc. I have tried a few other brands but this one seems to work the best for me. I take it with vitamin D and iron (the latter only at night though) and I can gradually see how my hair loss has improved and I have less and less hair on my brush plus my overall health improves. Will definitely buy more

    I love this vitamin. At first, I noticed a marked improvement in my mood, health and general well-being. I felt more energized, less lethargic, and just generally more relaxed. It was such a relief to be able to concentrate for longer periods of time without the usual side effects of fatigue. This is not something to be taken lightly!
