   Have been taking vitamin E as an antioxidant and for vitality for many years. I can’t live without it. Like this, Swanson Vit E comes from d-alpha tocopherol, unmixed.

   Vitamin E is an oil-based antioxidant essential oil so do not over consume the maximum daily dose is 1200 iu but as it exists in natural foods you should limit the daily dose to 2 capsules.

   I love that it’s natural vitamin E. There are a lot of synthetic vitamin E and this one is much better.

   Very good quality even if it is the first time that I use this brand. Incredible size as well as over 120 capsules in the jar. It is easy to swallow and has no taste. I bought it because of the benefits of vitamin E which works as a great antioxidant for the body and skin.

    You can break open a capsule and smell the oil inside, it shouldn’t smell rancid, it should smell fresh and these do. Also, the capsules don’t feel as hard as other brands in the past, and that’s because I think the capsules are too old. These are the best buys for a quality natural vitamin E product, that’s for sure.
