   This product is an excellent price, especially considering the quality and size (250 capsules). I take this specifically to help my skin and have heard that cod liver oil can help with fatty liver disease, which I developed from excessive sugar consumption. By changing my diet and implementing supplements like this, I’ve seen less severity in my acne, which has been huge for my confidence. I have struggled with moderate to severe acne for years, and while I still have a long way to go, at least I now know the benefits the products/supplements can have on my skin. That means I’m on the verge of eliminating it completely. All in all, highly recommend if you have skin issues.

   Brilliant quality ingredients and bottle sized for vitamin A. Benefit to protect your eyes if taken daily, or dosage dependent maybe every few days. Come with a capsule, so you are not sure about the taste, just put it with water. I would recommend it to friends with this good size and good deal.

   I bought these for my partner as we are both trying to include vitamin A in our supplement regimens. This brand looks lovely, he’s only had it for 2 weeks but feels great so far. Very good and I recommend.

   When I started taking a protein shake and vitamin C, B, D, the skin on my fingertips became thicker. Also, I had severe eye pain and crackles heal all the time for over 10 years. When I finally added vitamin A, amazing! All those problems were gone! I take a dose with all the other vitamins, and that’s it!

   I have been using Swanson brand of vitamin A for many years. Vitamin A is a powerful antioxidant important for good vision, immunity, growth and development as well as ensuring proper functioning of body organs such as the heart and lungs.

   I was using the Vit A brand from NOW so let’s see how this one performs. It’s a base vitamin, so it shouldn’t be that different. I take it because it is important when taking high doses of Vit D3 and K2.

    the quality is perfect for the price.Large size 250 soft gels is enough for 6 months in my case.I am very satisfied with the product.
