have a meniscus tear and it can sometimes be painful. I have tried other turmeric/curcumin products which didn’t help much. This product works (maybe because it contains black pepper which helps absorption). Nothing to complain about, it does the job. Very similar to Voltaren or ibuprofen.

I take them 3 times a day, morning, noon and night. With NAC, my blood inflammation values returned to normal. It does nothing to reduce endometriosis, but definitely helps with inflammation. I don’t know if it helps with the inflammation, but I know it hasn’t hurt my stomach since I started taking it.
