It’s been 2 weeks since I started giving my husband this supplement along with Life extension-Uric Acid Control, KAL-Uric Acid Flush and Swanson-Stinging Nettle supplement. Seemed to have worked pretty well without making a lot of dietary changes, I’m on KETO so I still eat a lot of fatty protein. I usually have an episode every 4-7 days and in the past 10 days I haven’t seen a relapse, I will continue to use these supplements as they seem to be working for me. started taking this Stinging Nettle Root with Pygeum, instead of Saw Palmetto. it really made a difference. Taking nettle root before breakfast and lunch for the past eight months has worked better for me than saw palmetto alone. it is supposed to be good for your prostate function.

took nettle root for 25 years because of BPH. If I miss 2 days, I can’t pee, basically. I need surgery, but nettle root keeps me going. This Swanson product was so cheap that I bought a bunch of them, but I haven’t used my old products which work well. I now use stinging nettle root extract from Ecosupplements, which I like, Swanson doesn’t say extract, maybe it’s not essential. I’ll let you know if the swansons work as I hope. I will know in 2 days of taking swansons if it works. I had BPH for 30 years. I know what nettle root can do.
