   The dosage is consistent with clinical studies. The pill size is small and the quality of the ingredient comes from natto. The taste is neutral and the benefit is enhanced when paired with D3. I love that the bottle and pill are so small.

   This is the best K2 quality. They made it very small in size for easy ingestion. I have this K2 with calcium. And I think K2 definitely helps with better calcium absorption. This is a great advantage for both.

    Nice small capsule. The dosage is one tablet per day. Benefits the absorption of calcium. No taste. Good quality product. Natural ingredients are a plus. Too early to see if it works.
