struggled with my milk supply for some time. I had tried a lot of things and it just seemed to hit a plateau. Not great, but went back to NOW Liver Refresh instead as I think it was better liver support. Supporting my liver had the wonderful side effect of clearing up my skin (aspirated adult acne) and reducing the dark circles under my eyes somewhat (until something age corrects they will never go away completely ha ha) . I found the NOW to be a better mix, but if all you wanted was the milk thistle because you get the other stuff elsewhere, then it’s a good price, well packaged, and easy to grab.

So turns out milk thistle helps cleanse your liver which apparently mine wasn’t so happy with me because I had small pimples/blemishes on my face for the last 2 and 2 years weeks after taking these twice a day, they disappeared. Given the choice between drinking less alcohol and taking milk thistle, I choose milk thistle and drink a little less.

Very very effective product. I take one on an empty stomach every day first thing in the morning. I think it helps my liver detox and increases bowel movement which is great. I also felt that my body worked better when I took it. I will be ordering more when these are finished
