   have been taking it for some time, alternating with another brand. as we are in our 50s it has helped us improve joint mobility, muscle stiffness and recovery from intense training. on a daily basis we take 1 capsule/day, but after intensive training we will take 2x/day 1 capsule, morning/noon and evening after meals. we also use a magnesium spray to relieve muscle pain.

   I purchased these Swanson tart cherry supplements for my son. They think he has gout. Swanson had been around for many years so I considered the quality of ingredients and affordability and decided to see if it would benefit my son. The size is easy to swallow and being capsules with no unwanted taste. Oh and they work.

   Used for many years. Take it to reduce uric acid. I haven’t had an episode in years. The cost per bottle is excellent, especially when purchased at special discounts. Good quality, need only one tablet per day.

    I use these capsules to control pain in my legs after an injury I got while getting off my motorcycle. They build up in your system for a few weeks and have eased my pain. Other brands are not as effective. They use superior ingredients in an easy-to-puff size.
