Difficult to find this dosage? If you get what I mean, it’s much cheaper to make your own multivitamin than to buy pre-packaged ones. And you can choose the ingredients you want in your tablet, skip the unnecessary stuff, hopefully find a vegan version. Big quality and size pills? Compared to other green tea pills I have had before.

I bought it to have it on hand in case of illness. EGCG, one of the components, is believed to be effective in inhibiting virus replication according to an article published by the NCBI/NIH. Haven’t needed to use it yet but it was shipped well and arrived in great condition.

It helps me with the diet, I think it’s a good antioxidant. I see that I have lost about 4 kg in the last 5 weeks after taking it daily only in the morning, because I think green tea can give you satiety and also keep you cool. There is no taste but the capsule is a little bigger than normal size although I had no problem taking it with water. Good quality and packaging. Thanks.
