   I take a ginger root capsule with food as it helps calm the feeling of indigestion in my stomach. And since I started taking ginger, I noticed that I no longer felt like a boat! It is now part of my daily intake.

   take one pill a day. The ginger smell is not strong. I tried it because I feel my stomach is full of air. Maybe I need to improve digestion. It seems to work. I feel more comfortable after taking it.

   Although I can’t say exactly how effective it is, it’s the best price and size I could find. I know ginger root is good for digestion, but I wanted to add more of it to my diet to help fight inflammation. It was a bargain!

   Some research indicates that calorie spiraling helps lower “bad” cholesterol a bit. My lifestyle is very healthy: I am a physical trainer and dietician, but my cholesterol level is very high. Statins are not suitable for me because of sports. So I decided to try spirulina and ginger root. No side effects and inconveniences. It won’t hurt anyway.    ginger i call is a great herb i used for many years before dealing with ecosupplements i use it as a tea and add the root to my food the capsules are easier to use they suitable for many cases, i recommend anyone to drink as they drink their tea daily, for me it helps lower blood sugar, cough, antioxidants, cholesterol and fight infection , here I speak from experience with myself, but for you first ask your doctor is it suitable for you or not. swanson is good product quality and prices are reasonable
