Not as good as others I’ve tried before, but at some point there was almost no choice on Ecosupplements so I ordered them. The pills are slightly darker than other brands, frankly I didn’t feel that magical effect with these either. The package size is nice, as well as the design, but I don’t get as much mental energy from these as I’ve had with other brands I’ve used.

Very & very effective. I can say that it might be less pure than the Hot Defense, but for me this Swanson’s Lion’s Mane has it even better (the effect came faster and stronger than with any other brand of ‘supply). Really helped me a lot to improve memory and save/repair the nervous system. Right now I’m using the capsules from Hot Defense as there was no Swanson at the moment. I like them because of the cheap price and the high quality of the effect. Exactly, shrooms may be less pure or have a lower quality taste than Steamet, but this product is one of my favorites.
