   love the Elderberry supplement. I’ve been taking it for quite a while now because I can take it because it’s in capsule which is very good quality for me and I take it with zinc and vitamin D-3 and vitamin C and I use to protect me since I don’t have an immune system to fight any infection.

   i use elderberry for infections and colds and flu it reduces symptoms and improvement in a short time also good for memory and lowers blood sugar i have been using different brands for a long time most are good quality including swanson brand i take 3 -6 pills a day,,, i think it improves life health and no side effects (i take on myself)
