My husband and I take this 470mg of astragalus instead of the usual 500mg from another brand. The size is similar and the price affordable. We took them and gained good immunity to coughs and colds. We find ourselves less tired, we have good endurance, even if we are active throughout the day. We both take 2 capsules every morning with CoQ10, Multivite and Rhodiola after breakfast, then we go for our daily activities. We are in our mid 70s and enjoying our retirement.
