have struggled with anxiety all my life. I have tried many over the counter remedies for stress and anxiety over the years. Most of the time they either don’t do anything at all or just make me sleep but still anxious. This is not the case with Ashwagandha. I’ve been taking it for about 6 months now and can say it has really eased my stress and anxiety.
