Recommended use:
Shake well before use. As a food supplement for adults, 0.5 ml. once or twice daily, preferably at mealtime or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Can be mixed in beverages or taken straight from the dripper.

My doctor told me to start taking Vitamin D3, and I prefer to take liquid directly (not in pill form). This product has a very pleasant orange taste. I tried another Vitamin D3 product for a while, the kind you invert and wait for one drop to fall. I found it annoying; I had to put it in liquid to make sure it was just one drop, and the drop sometimes took a while to come out. So, back to this version, with the measured dropper I can dose straight into my mouth. It lasts way less than the other (that gave me a year’s worth in one small bottle) but I prefer to know I’m taking the right dose and not having to put it in something else to drink (or eat).
