Recommended use:

It is really a good product with different types of vitamin B in one product. The bottle is large enough for long term use and can be used in many conditions. I really like that it contains 2000 mcg because it’s not too much for everyday use, but it’s fair enough to see a difference in your condition.

I love this product. Always keep one in the fridge. It’s a great supplement, even if you’re not a vegetarian you’re probably not getting enough vitamin B12 like you should. Having it daily maintains energy levels and ensures you are functioning well (nervous system, metabolism…these are all affected by b12).
