Amino 75 Essential Amino Acids is a Vegan formula containing amino acids which are essential for human health.
Amino acids are the building blocks of protein and are needed in several internal functions of the body. They are classified as “essential” or “non-essential”, with essential amino acids meaning they cannot be manufactured by the body and must be supplied in the diet to maintain good all-round health. Amino acids can be further used by the body to create hormones, enzymes, neurotransmitters, antibodies and nutrient carriers. A suboptimal intake of the essential amino acids increases the body’s need for the non-essential amino acids either through diet or supplementation. Foods that increase amino acid intake are meat, beans, cheese and eggs.

Good quality amino acids. My wife has had ovulation pain and period pain for decades. Taking this early in the morning on an empty stomach with lukewarm water immediately helped! She has *not* those pains at all. If ovulation pain appears, it takes two instead of one. Very highly recommended!

It’s really good quality. I needed Essential Aminio for muscle building since I was almost 70 years old. I wish I had heard about it in the last 2 years while working on muscle building. I’m very pleased Solgar resumed the production of this amazing Amino-Complex. I’ve tried many different brands, but this is, in my humble opinion, by far the most effective one.
Due to the diuretics I have to take, I tend to cramp all over the body, especially when I have a lot of physical activity and or stress. It causes the magnesium and potassium supplements to be better absorbed.
