Trace Minerals Complex II by Seeking Health provides 9 essential trace minerals needed for optimal health in well-tolerated and bioavailable forms, plus silica from horsetail. Trace Minerals Complex II is formulated without both iron and copper. Trace minerals, or “microminerals,” are important nutrients that the body needs in small amounts to maintain proper function. Typically taken up from the soil by plants, trace minerals may be lacking in the modern diet due to decreasing nutrient content in the soils used in commercial farming.*
Iodine plays a vital role in maintaining healthy thyroid function. Zinc plays an important role in healthy immune function and absorption of B vitamins. Selenium may help support the body’s free radical defenses and acts as a cofactor in a wide range of physiological processes. Manganese may help support healthy growth and development, as well as healthy fatty acid synthesis. Chromium may help support healthy energy production and carbohydrate metabolism. Other ingredients:
Vegetarian capsule (hypromellose and water), ascorbyl palmitate, silica, and microcrystalline cellulose.
Recommended use:

With the tests being done and the out-of-pocket fees being insane, I have to look for my own options. It can be one of those things that takes a while to notice helps.
