It’s only been a month so far, but recently I’ve started to feel that my joints are recovering faster from workouts and races. I bought this after researching Cissus online and decided on Primaforce based on other reviews. I would rate this as a positive and have subscribed to regular shipments of this product.

I read about Cissus Quadrangularis and got this bottle of I Herb. I have tried it, I think it is a medium to long term drug, but being made from plants it should be safe. I also bought a plant to grow and harvest when mature as I see bone maintenance is a long term task and not something you can grab in a day or two. I think it has good effects on bone formation and maintenance and hopefully extends to tendons and ligaments as well, given the clinical studies on Cissus Quadrangularis.

take this to improve bone density. It is supposed to be good for repairing bones. I’ve been taking it for about a year. Capsule size is a little big but ok to swallow. The capsules flow freely without sticking to each other. I only take one a day. I haven’t had a DEXA with an improved score yet.

read on the internet that ivy helps with bone regeneration, helps reduce bone pain due to osteoarthritis and much more. Although I was concerned about some of the ingredients in the product, I still bought the product for my mother who is suffering from severe arthritis pain and has seen some improvement even though she has been taking the product for a few days.

Works for perimenopausal women to maintain weight. I take it daily now. I don’t train and barely walk as I mostly work from home. No side effect experience. I recommend giving it a try if you have a belly due to hormonal issues.

These arrived shipped and arrived fairly quickly. I bought these after breaking my foot due to studies showing an increased rate of fracture healing with taking Cissus. I can’t say for sure that taking it correlated to healing fast for me as I don’t think there is any way to prove it would have healed slower without taking it, but my bone healed for several weeks sooner than expected (I originally received a minimum healing time of 6-8 weeks, maybe longer, but my x-ray at 4 weeks showed it was mostly healed!).

It’s a great product. I have already finished 2 and ordered 2 this time. My mother said that consuming cissus in powder form was inconvenient and not so tasty. As soon as I told her I was taking capsules, she asked me to order some more for her. I use it for both knee pain and body fat loss. After taking it for 2 months I’m still not sure about my knee pain (honestly my pain isn’t that bad at first) but for my belly fat I’m sure it works! Unbelievable. I wonder how it really works, but it definitely works!
