Zinc is such a helpful mineral in acne, don’t forget to take copper too so you don’t get copper deficiency with longer period of use. 15 mg of zinc requires 1 g of copper. I suggest taking 3mg of copper with this 50mg dosage. Give a like to my review if you find my review helpful. Thanks!
