   I have a health problem of pain in my knees, ankles and bone joints in the body. We all have to move our bodies all the time (except when sleeping) It would be very painful if just moving hurts the joints and bones In my case, the pain was so intense that I could not walk or move. I consulted a doctor. The doctor said that in my case it was not serious enough to require surgery. Doctors recommend trying a supplement that contains either ucii or glucosamine. So I started trying ucii. After about 1 month I found that the pain in the joints and bones was reduced. I can continue my daily life normally.

   Good quality. For my age of 49, I used this supplement in combination with a choline-silicon complex (California Gold Nutition) to have an effect. My package is for 120 days, capsules are small, easy to swallow, tasteless. Its benefits for me for leg pain are very good. In my diet, I alternate type 2 collagen with type 1 and 3 collagen. I don’t take them together. It is a wonderful combination with Jarrow Formulas Glucosamine + Chondroitin + MSM. I always take it on an empty stomach.

   GUYS ! this combo works great! I bought double strength hyaluronic acid and type II collagen from the same brand for mom. The back and knee pain that accompanied my mother since childhood disappeared in TWO WEEKS! Yes TWO WEEKS!! she used to have trouble getting up or standing for long, but now she feels comfortable and moves easily, I’m so happy to see my mom feeling comfortable 🙂 She takes hyaluronic acid at timing of meals and collagen before sleeping on an empty stomach. I will definitely buy again n again n again!

   As a 40-year-old athletic woman, I have noticed my joints jumping and feeling discomfort, especially in cold temperatures. I knew I wanted a good quality supplement that was sufficient and didn’t require taking multiple capsules or pills a day. I discovered the specific ingredient in undenatured type 2 collagen and read independent scientific studies done on humans and it was found to be effective.    The product seems to work after taking it for a week. I still see the benefits. I suffer from a slight patella tilt on my left knee which is why I am taking this product to hopefully see improvements on the pain I feel every time I do HIIT workouts. I also have slight pain especially when going down stairs, I think there is less pain now after taking UC-II. It doesn’t have a distinctive taste and isn’t too big to swallow.

   have found that type II collagen is the best type of collagen for knee and joint problems. It penetrates deep into the joint for increased comfort of movement. My arthritic knee function has improved dramatically since taking NOW UC-II regularly. The capsules are easy to swallow and are taken on an empty stomach. This product is worth investing in if you suffer from joint problems.

   this is the best supplement i have ever used. It has helped me a lot with my energy level and overall health. Quality of life improved dramatically when I started taking this vitamin. Although it has no side effects, it is a wonderful all-round supplement that should be part of your daily routine.

    am a 46 year old female… I have a knocking sound in both my knees when I get up from a seated position, step up/down, or suddenly change the position of my legs… after having taken joint health UC II with undenatured type II collagen every night before bed for about 3 weeks, I feel more comfortable with both my knees and the knocking sound is gone…I believe firmly that Joint Health UC II works perfectly!
