NOW Collagen Type 2 UC-II – Excellent! My wife and I – 65 and 70 – supplement with NOW UC-II Type 2 Collagen every night before bed on an empty stomach. Type II collagen makes up 50-60% of cartilage protein, makes up 85-90% of joint cartilage collagen, can reduce knee snapping, and can support the back, jaw, and joints. It works for us. Wouldn’t miss a day. Good product and excellent value for money.

Good collagen, which contains cofactors necessary for better absorption. I took it for my mother, she is 55 and she has joint problems. Collagen helps minimize joint pain and improve joint mobility. It is best to take in the morning on an empty stomach at least one hour before breakfast, or in the evening, before going to bed, at least 2 hours after dinner. It is better to take courses. You take 4 to 6 months, 1 month off. An elimination diet also helps.
