MCT Oil (medium chain triglycerides), Softgel Capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water, carob) and Beeswax. MCT Oil from coconut/palm kernel oil.
Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish or shellfish ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use:
Take 1 softgel daily with a fat-containing meal.

I’ve been using it in my pre-workout stack for a few weeks now in conjunction with Shilajit Fulvic Acid and PQQ, both also purchased from Ecosupplements. From what I’ve seen here, this is the highest quality ubiquinol I’ve found on this site. From the age of 35, I recommend everyone to take 2 a day. And for women who want to get pregnant even 3 times a day. Great for fertility! I take it with omega 3. Benefits I got from it: my energy increased, my mood improved, my hair fell less, I didn’t have a cholesterol problem so I don’t know, but I know it’s really good for high cholesterol.
