Cinnamon (Bark) (Cinnamomum verum and/or Cinnamomum aromaticum and/or Cinnamomum burmannii ), Chromium (Tri-Chromium) [from Chromium Picolinate, Chromium Chelavite (chromium amino acid chelate) and ChromeMate (chromium polynicotinate)]
Other ingredients:
Cellulose (capsule), Rice Flour, Silica and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source). Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use:
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.

I like that it has cinnamon in it. if it opens, it still tastes good! and it rarely breaks. I have read that chromium is useful for the brain and of course for chocolate lovers so I want to consume it every day. recently read a book on the insulin resistance diet and one of the recommendations was to add a chromium supplement to help with that. I decided to order this product to see if it could help.
