   Quality supplement. Taurine is an essential amino acid. Also essential for the heart, brain and nervous system. taurine suppresses muscle pain during sport; tauric acid accelerates the absorption of fats in the intestines. I do a cure for a month, I take it before meals. Ingredients Taurine 500mg. I take one capsule twice a day for a daily dose of 1000mg.

   I take this vitamin every day when I need my physical and mental power the most when it matters most. It always gives me a full burst of energy.    Absolute game changer!! I suffered from chronic insomnia, anxiety, sweating and hair loss. I was wired all the time for about 7 years. 1 year ago I was finally diagnosed with estrogen dominance due to chronic stress. No prescription or over-the-counter sleeping pills worked except zopiclone, but I still only had 2-5 hours of interrupted sleep.    bought this taurine to control the water balance, because due to the abundance of sweets, carbohydrates and unhealthy salty foods, I began to swell in the evening.     I like the quality of Now and they always use good ingredients and give a reasonable size for the price. I saw taurine on a list of supplements that can help with sleep. Hey, even 1% better would be enough for me. I can’t say if this one helped in particular but I will say that I sleep better overall.

    As always, great packaging design. All in white and orange tones, bright. It looks juicy, attractive, and the brand is instantly recognizable. The cover was with special protection, which should be torn off – everything is very reliable. In addition, there was a special protection against opening. The capsules look like this.
