appreciate the quality of NOW brand supplements. I take super evening primrose oil for my hot flashes and to supplement the good (omega) oils that benefit my heart and brain. They really don’t have much flavor and are much preferred over the fishy flavor of other omega supplements. I also notice that they help reduce inflammation. I get more inflamed faster when I haven’t used them for a while. The pills are a little big, but tend to go down smoothly without sticking in my throat.

The quality of the product is amazing!! the benefits are visible after 2-3 months of use. It takes a little longer but it really clears your sking. The pack size is great as you have it for 2 months if you take 2 a day. In addition, hair and nails are much stronger!

It hasn’t even been a month of taking the Super Primrose, and I most often forget to take the second one, and I have not only had relief from the night sweats and hot flashes, but also have had mood regulation and a decrease in menstrual cramping! I am quite pleased with this product, as I’ve taken Evening Primrose years ago, and don’t recall results this great!
