   The product was delivered quickly given that there was a public/religious holiday. The box was sturdy and the packaging inside the box was enough to protect the bottle. The bottle was sealed and intact with all seals in place. The ingredients matched the website notes and the product seems well made. No unpleasant smell when opening the bottle which is a good sign of freshness. The quality of the ingredients looks and tastes good.

   Amazing product, fast shipping and great price. The ingredients are exactly what you are looking for. The quality is there as well as the packaging. Excellent health supplement that I will buy again. The taste isn’t bad either. I think I will have had adjustments and improvements from that.

   Nettle is a powerful natural anti-inflammatory herb. It does this by inhibiting several inflammatory compounds, thereby relieving pain and inflammatory conditions without side effects. It helps with arthritis, autoimmune and sinus issues, etc. It is very rich in nutrients such as vitamin C, iron, magnesium, calcium, carotenoids (phytonutrients), it is also rich in protein. Nettle lowers blood sugar and has a sedative effect, so I take it with my evening meal, especially if I ate something sweet. It can definitely make you sleepy so I wouldn’t take it during the day. The root extract is much more potent than the leaf extract. Nettle is also helpful for the prostate as it slows the conversion of sterone to DHT, which is a very potent form of sterone, linked to male pattern baldness and other symptoms of prostate problems. It also inhibits excessive amounts of estrogen, which also helps regulate the female body. It can even increase lactation in women if help is needed with milk production.    I’m so glad I found this stinging nettle root extract! It was a game changer for my health. I had been battling allergies and chronic inflammation for years, and nothing seemed to help me. Since taking these capsules, I have noticed a significant improvement in my symptoms. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is struggling with similar issues.

   have found this product in combination with quercetin to be excellent for BPH. Greatly helps with inflammation, discomfort and flow. It takes a week or two to really notice it. I usually take 1 per day for maintenance and up to 2 per day (morning and evening) if I have flare-ups. Both combined are far superior and MUCH cheaper than the supplement that my Dr Rx’d (I think the Dr must be getting some sort of kickback from this company). I highly recommend this product!

   have had a problem with benign prostatic hyperplasia for many years and while searching the internet I found nettle root which is said to be good for the prostate. NOW is a brand I trust and so I am trying their stinging nettle root extract for the first time to see if it can help my prostate problem. I hope to get good results after a month or two.

   I took this supplement to reduce gray hair in my beard. This was a concern I had and this quality ingredient helped improve beard composition, reduce gray hairs and make them more of a dark brown. At my age, that’s an advantage.

    It’s a very good product! I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and have noticed a significant difference in my overall energy level. I don’t feel lazy and tired like I used to. Also, my skin looks much better and I feel like my allergies aren’t as bad as they were before taking this supplement. Overall, I am very happy with the results I got from taking this supplement and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an energy boost or relief from allergy symptoms.

    bought nettles for my allergies and post nasal drip. It helps both pretty well! I’m sure with continued use it will disappear completely. For the 1st time in my life, I can exhale through both nostrils whereas before a gland in the nostril was very swollen. Quite difficult when it comes to training. I scratched my scalp for the 1st week of taking this medicine and my scalp did not feel so inflamed. Now I barely scratch and less pressure when scratching. The only bad thing is I can’t take it every day the way I want I have a headache so I take it every other day now I’ll never be without my nettles
