   love the ingredients in this formula and appreciate the added adaptogens. The dosage is effective and just right, so it’s obvious to me that the ingredients are quality.    This product is a supplement intended to improve health, immunity, quality of life, well-being and mood. I bought it out of curiosity after reading “Vitamin” in the title of the search results. It has fulfilled some essential needs that I had until now: a boost of energy and an elimination of fatigue due to long flights and stress. NOW FOODS has become our favorite family brand! Highly recommended.

   I only bought this supplement because the NOW Energy Boost supplement was out of stock everywhere and I like that one more than this one. This was okay but not as effective for me as the original Energy Boost version.
