   I have been using this vitamin for a few months. It has already improved my energy level, stamina and overall mood. The most noticeable improvement was in the quality of my sleep.    this brand of spirulina is made from high quality ingredients and is from a trusted brand. the size is not too big. spirulina is a super food that helps me throughout the day. I find it really effective and the benefits of seaweed are visible. Ecosupplements packs it very well and ships it very quickly. Will definitely buy again.

   I usually take it in the morning to boost my energy (or before going to the gym) and also in the afternoon (or after the gym) because it is extremely high in nutrients and protein. I am a vegetarian and the doctor also prescribed me to help with my daily protein and iron intake.
