   I’ve been taking this for years. The quality is good, the milk thistle ingredient helps me a lot for my liver. The size of the pill is not too big, so it is not difficult to swallow. I like this product because it makes me feel good every day. I will try to get more of this again.

   This supplement is a good quality product. Turmeric could be tasted when you consume it. Milk thistle is also good for detoxification. Excellent ingredients, very helpful when I feel too tired or often sleep late, I will consume this supplement. This benefits me personally. The size is large. One of my favorite product.

   Really great for detoxifying and protecting the liver and it’s great they added a good amount of turmeric so I don’t need to buy a separate supplement for that. I take 2 capsules a day and it gives me the same amount of turmeric that I used to get from a turmeric supplement alone. So far the best milk thistle supplement I have tried.

   Can’t live without milk thistle, especially from Now Food! Easy to take, great immediate effect, incredible quality! As I regularly take medication, I worry about my liver. It completely helps take away my worry. Easy size and no taste to swallow as well. haha The mandatory supplement for my life!

   I have enjoyed the benefits of a lot of NOW brand products, and this one is exceptional, but I would sure hate to find out that NOW has begun sourcing all of their supplement ingredients from China.

   This product is great for cleansing my liver and the addition of turmeric helps control my pain issues. I first ordered this when I had high cholesterol and it really helped things. I will continue to take it as it is a good general health supplement with many benefits.

   This great quality product works for my daughter. She takes strong painkillers and her urine is so dense. This milk thistle clarifies its urine. I’m really impressed. I read that it detoxifies the liver. Great ingredients like dandelion which helps with absorption. It is worth trying. Always consult your doctor before taking any supplements. The tablet size is easy to swallow.

   have lost 18 pounds since Thanksgiving with the help of Now Milk Thistle. Liver fat is used first during intermittent fasting, and milk thistle silymarin stimulates this process. I used to massage my liver at night because it seemed to ease the discomfort, but realized the other night that I hadn’t done this in weeks now. The pain associated with the shoulder area also disappeared. I’m a believer now…a great product that I plan to use from now on.

    Very useful product especially for the support of the liver. I use it because I had hepatitis C and my doctor recommended it highly. Best supplement for people who use too much alcohol or different pills. Ideal for liver and whole body detoxification. Small size capsules without any taste

    Another great NOW product. I have been fortunate to always receive fresh and undamaged products from them. Power is what I’m looking for. I tend to order enough to last a year, so I don’t need to order extras during the summer where they might suffer heat damage in shipping.
