   Milk thistle is a great way to detoxify your liver and it’s also good for your skin. This product from Now Foods is great value – 200 capsules for under $20. I take two capsules a day, one in the morning and one in the evening, and I can definitely make a difference to my energy levels and overall well-being. My skin also looks better when I take milk thistle regularly. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a natural way to detox their body.

   I received this product on time well packaged. My wife and I have been using it for over 2 weeks and the result is perfect – I had pain in my right side where the liver is and thankfully it goes away. The supplements seem to help detox my liver.    really believe in this silymarin, it’s the first one I’ve tried and I love it so far. I feel like silymarin reduces liver dysfunction. Silymarin can help relieve inflammation and promote cell repair. It can help relieve symptoms of liver diseases like jaundice, cirrhosis, liver cancer, and fatty liver disease. Since I have hyperpigmentation, I decided to try helping my liver first, before I start applying other things to my face. I believe I can help my body from within.
