   I started taking saw palmetto because my hair was falling out like crazy probably due to my fibromyalgia. My hair is now growing like crazy and a few fine spots are filling in! The only downside is that my hair is also growing fast, which I’m willing to deal with for new hair growth.

   The quality is good, the ingredients are needed, the size can easily fit in my travel bag, the taste is ok as well as the smell, I can feel the effect on my body, since I prefer the mg of vitamin over at 500 mg. I do not feel any effect on the acidity of my body.

   My hair is growing like never before! Full disclaimer: I started taking this supplement at the same time as mixing essential oils (eg rosemary oil) into my shampoo, so I can’t say if it will work. was specifically about this supplement. I wanted to go the more natural route rather than minoxidil etc. Whether it’s saw palmetto, essential oils, or both that work, I’m amazed at how much hair is growing. I noticed the change when I felt my scalp and noticed that I had new hairs growing all over my head. That’s all the anecdotal evidence I need to know that there are quality ingredients in the product, which I will definitely repurchase once I’m out.

   I love it because it helps hair growth. But on the other hand, facial hair has become lighter. It is not only beneficial for men and their prostates, but also for us women. It lowers sterone levels. Helps with inflammation and promotes weight loss. I have been taking it for 2-3 months and I see amazing progress.
