it was probably on my mistake of not doing enough research and thinking it wouldn’t affect me much, but I’m on antidepressants (I think I was on sertraline or escitalopram), my heart rate went up was speeding up, I had diarrhea, etc. hospitalized but i felt so overwhelmed with everything i would advise taking it if you are on other medications especially ssris it is quality ingredients for sure and a size for the capsule but do your research or you could be hospitalized. see a doctor.

FINALLY found a SAME pill I can take! My town always sold 200mg enteric coated pills which I tried to take at any local CVS pharmacy I went to. I have mercury poisoning and lack this compound in my body which is the cause of the heavy metal problem. I have been taking SAMe for 25 years because of this issue and was delighted to recently find NOW SAMe at a much cheaper price than what I had paid before. I am very grateful for that. It’s great for the atmosphere. It also has a quick effect. Taking just 200mg, I notice an improvement in mood after 4-5 hours. I have been taking it with ssri for 6 months. For me SSRIs alone are not enough for my depression and that’s why I take Same in addition. It really helped my depression. The only warning is not to take too much to avoid serotonin syndrome..!!
