   We have found that adding NOW rutin and parsley when available in our garden to our daily diet has eliminated the frequent bruising and bursting of our little capillaries.    I’ve just started taking it with butcher’s broom and horse chestnut as I suffer from poor blood circulation in my legs, it really helps. I think it also helps with hemorrhoids, I also feel relief. I need more time to evaluate but it seems to work well.

   buy many Now Foods products, they are generally economical and of good quality. This antioxidant product is made from a non-lemony source, Sophora japonica (flower bud), with minimal “other ingredients”, rutin is a powerful free radical fighter and is best known for its role in health vascular. My mother in her 70s has been taking it for a while, and she is very energetic and healthy.

   Rutin, known as vitamin P, is a bioflavonoid found in buckwheat bran as well as citrus fruits, figs, black and green tea, and apple peel. It is known to help lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, and maintain the strength and flexibility of capillary blood vessels. Rutin is also known for its ability to promote collagen production and help the body properly absorb vitamin C. It also fights cancer, relieves arthritis, among other benefits.

   I have glaucoma and took rutin (initially in combination with forskolin) to help lower my eye pressure. I ran out of Forskolin a month ago but continued to take 1 Rutin capsule daily. I just had my eye appointment and my eye pressure went down from 23 (poor) two months ago to 13 (excellent!). I can’t be 100% sure it’s just rutin because I started another eye drop at the same time, but I will continue to take this supplement. I also noticed that I bruised less easily.

    The capsules are medium in size, transparent, a yellow powder is visible inside. It’s easy to swallow. The capsule is easy to open, then you can use rutin in masks – I do this periodically. Positive properties of Routine: – antithrombic effect, reduces blood viscosity – strengthening of the vascular wall – relieves the inflammatory process – it is an antioxidant – strengthens the immune system For me, the disadvantage of this drug is that it does not does not contain vitamin C. It is vitamin C that enhances the effect of Routine, they must be taken together. Therefore, while taking a routine of Now Foods, I additionally drink vitamin C. Do not expect any visual effect from taking the drug right away. It will not remove your capillary mesh and varicose veins, but it will help to significantly reduce the manifestations of rosacea and strengthen the walls of blood vessels. For my part, I have definitely decided that once a year I will drink a Routine cure with Vitamin C.
